Kukkiwon World Taekwondo Headquarters have a great series of videos that students can use at home to go through their patterns in preparation for grading or get up to speed again after the break.
Because it is done by Kukkiwon, we know the content is of the highest quality. Not only is each pattern shown, but the video covers the movements in Korean (great for those preparing for senior belts), and also each of the key moves in the patterns and techniques to concentrate on.
The only pattern that is not here is the Basic pattern – which is the pattern for our white belts. So if you need this, come and video one of the instructors in class.
